How to Apply for Self-Exclusion
- Obtain the Exclusion Documents:
- Self-exclusion forms are available at all Goldrush locations during operating hours.
- Alternatively, forms can be obtained from the respective Provincial Gambling Boards.
- Complete the Application:
- Visit the Goldrush locations security department to request assistance with your application in a private and discreet manner.
- Complete the forms and include a recent photograph to finalize the process.
- Submission and Notification:
- Submit the completed application to the Goldrush location. Goldrush will distribute your request to all relevant parties.
- You will receive confirmation once your self-exclusion is implemented.
Exclusion Period and Upliftment
- The minimum exclusion period is 6 months. (Six Months)
- Exclusions are not automatically lifted. To reinstate access:
- Apply in person at Goldrush Cresta where the exclusion was requested.
- Provincial or national exclusions require proof of counseling from a psychologist, psychiatrist, or SARGF-registered professional.
- Goldrush will review your conduct during the exclusion period before making a decision.
